As they worked with clients back in the day, they noticed something strange: most just seemed constantly disappointed. The results they were seeing didn’t align with their expectations. Why? Because agencies would bring on a big retainer, assuring the client of even bigger results—then delegate it to a junior the second they were out the door.
They got tired of these hotshot agencies overpromising and underdelivering. Tired of the same old distant and impersonal relationship between agency and client. And tired of the lack of transparency when clients would ask these agencies one simple question:
“Are these campaigns actually working?”
We wanted to be a true growth partner for our clients
Our founders had always been geared toward getting only the best results, just as they felt their clients deserved.
They felt there was a better approach than what was being offered by the agencies. In fact, they were sure of it.
…So fast-forward to 2018, when they combined their experience in growth marketing and web design and development and set out to do things differently.
Merak was born.
